Location: Guaynabo, Puerto Rico
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office by performing administrative tasks, such as filing, planning, and coordinating the general activities of the office, as well as processing the corresponding reports, receiving visitors, managing and answering calls, emails and faxes, making photocopies, requesting supplies and arranging for the maintenance or repair of office equipment, keep work areas clean and tidy, and any other related tasks assigned.
Also, under the direction and instructions of the Director of Small Business the Administrative Assistant is responsible to:
a. Collect, classify, and document financial information in an orderly manner.
b. Process accounting information, payroll, and sales reports. (As the case may be)
c. Assist the Director of Small Business in those functions and tasks assigned,
d. Comply with the legal provisions, regulations and instructions related to the exercise of the position, as well as observe the Code of Professional Ethics.
