Audit Senior Associate
Location: Guaynabo, Puerto Rico
A growing public accounting firm in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Senior Associate to join our team. This role offers exposure to a variety of clients, hands-on audit experience, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment.·

On-site position in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico
Responsibilities
· Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with U.S. GAAS
· Prepare and review audit workpapers and financial statements
· Perform audit testing, risk assessments, and internal control evaluations
· Coordinate and perform inventory observations
· Supervise, train, and review the work of audit staff and interns
· Communicate with clients to obtain information and discuss audit matters
· Identify audit issues and research applicable accounting guidance
· Ensure compliance with firm policies, professional standards, and deadlines
· Assist partners and managers with special projects as needed
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)
· 2–4 years of public accounting audit experience (required)
· CPA license or active CPA candidate (preferred)
· Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and U.S. GAAS
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit software
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
· Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
