Frank started in public accounting in 1982 with Laventhol & Horwath. He has extensive hands-on experience in auditing, tax, advisory, bankruptcy and accounting services. Graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Major in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude. Frank holds several professional licenses and certifications, including being a licensed CPA for Florida, New York and New Jersey, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Puerto Rico. He is a former Peer Reviewer under the AICPA Peer Review Program and was a very active member of the Peer Review Committee of the PR CPA State Society. Through his career, Frank has been involved in all aspects of the businesses and organizations that he has served. Frank has managed public and non-public clients in diverse industries, ranging from multinationals, large and medium size companies, to small businesses, and entrepreneurs. From accounting to auditing, tax, bankruptcy and advisory, as Managing Member, he is involved in the planning, fieldwork and final review stages and follow-up of the different types of engagements. He is responsible for assuring that all aspects of quality control of the firm and the profession are met and that the clients’ expectations are satisfied.
