Knowing You – 2021 Annual Corporation Reports

The Puerto Rico Department of State issued the Administrative Order 2022-005 to grant an additional extension to file the 2021 Corporate Annual Reports from August 29, 2022 to October 18, 2022. This extension will apply to those entities that filed and paid the second extension to file on or before June 27, 2022.
